ALEX LAU | p r i n c i p a l
Alex Lau is the principal of the firm and he graduated with a professional certificate in Architectural under
Building Technology In Tunku Abdul Rahman University College in 1991 and he continued his Diploma in Building
Technology for a year before joining his family's construction business in Terengganu as a site personnel taking
care of day to day site coordination and supervising work.
Ever since his returned to Kuala Lumpur from Malaysia East Coast in 1996, he has worked in public listed
companies such as Low Yat Group, Metroplex Berhad, Sunrise Berhad, Global Oriental Berhad and some private
limited companies in practicing quantity surveying and project management works in 2004 and while working with a developer firm, he was appointed as a complex manager in 2007 to manage and operate a building complex till 2014 before he joined another established developer firm in Klang Valley.
In property management industry and together with his years of experience in building works, he has developed himself with skilled as "Jack of All Trades" in dealing with building defect and technical matters. He was actively involved in day to day management and operational of developer's properties and also in establishment of Joint Management Body (JMB) and Management Corporation (MC) and Sub-MC during his employment as a Head of Property Management Department in the established property developer before he embarked in his own firm.
Alex Lau is a qualified and certified property manager and a registered member with the board of BOVAEP Malaysia.
Mr. AK | Business Development Director
Mr. AK has joined REVOPM since January 2020 and Mr. AK has been in private investigation and security services
industry for more than 10 years experience and he has handled many Government's projects such as schools,
offices and also private sectors.
Mr. AK has wide knowledge in safety and security measure of the buildings and he will be able to advise and
propose the best solution in related to any security matter to our clients. In addition, Mr. AK has strong contacts
with local authorities and with his proposal and advise, rest assured that he will bring the best level of the safety
and security measure in the property management of any buildings.
ALAIN MAK | Head of Facility
Alain Mak has 30 years experience in maintenance and operation of high rise buildings. He is also able to operate
heavy machinery such as mobile crane, piling & etc. Alain is very handy with any kind of electrical & mechanical
tools.
SUZANE LEE | Financial Controller
Suzane Lee has 15 years working experience with property developer handling company accounting and
financial matters. In our company, she is responsible for our corporate clients account with full commitment.
IVY | Head of HR & Admin
Ivy is the Head of HR & Administration and she handles all office automation and administrative work and she
has more than 20 years experience in office administration work.
Michelle | Account Executive
Michelle is handling business development and marketing and she handles our clients portfolio and has
an excellent interpersonal skilled. She has good working relationship and rapport with our project's community.
